" JAPAN ... :O) "

Anne and her choir were from October 12 to October 24 , 2007 on a concert tour in Japan. They had there a fantastic time and visited some diffrent places like Tokyo , Kasukabe , Osaka , Kyoto , Nara and Nishinomiya . For some days they spent their time in host families or in Youth Hostels. They learnt a lot about the daily life in the families and the culture, visited schools and diffrent interesting cultural places.Between the concerts was of course time to go shopping and that´s a favourite hobby from girls around the world!!! I am sure Anne and the other members of her choir have beautiful memories to Japan for the rest of their life! In March 2008 will visit a choir from Osaka our choir in Hamburg. And we will be a host family again. Enjoy the pictures ;O)!
Thank you to all japanese host families for the unforgettable time in your families and country!_________________________________________________

It must have been a wonderful experience for your daughter, her choir and the Japanese students. It is good to know about other countries and their culture.
I enjoyed the pictures! There were some places that I haven't been to for a long time.
It makes me want to go, especially to Nara to see deer. I read the notice board! Thank you :)
I hope you will be able to enjoy having some Japanese students in March.
