Very sad to hear that Nelson Mandela has died.
He died Thursday night at age 95.

My daughter Anne spent the whole year 2009 as volunteer in South Africa and she had the best time of her life there.

Hi! I heard the news that Mr.Mandera died today.I think he was a great man. When I went to South Africa,I looked the prison island where he was imprisoned for 27 years. Thanks for sharing.

This is a wonderful photo and what a great experience for your daughter to spend a year as a volunteer in Africa. I applaud her dedication. I too was sorry to hear of Mr. Mandela's passing, may he rest in peace.
The world has lost a great human being. Your daughter was very blessed to have spent a whole year in South Africa.
He certainly was a leader in the world! What a man of such dignity and compassion and integrity. Your daughter should be proud of her work in the country.
