" Fun Monday # 31 "

Lisa is the hostess of this weeks Fun Monday and has asked us...
"I’d like to know more about you, what makes you tick. I’d like to know how you started blogging. Did you keep a diary under lock and key safely hidden as a child? Do you still? Do you share the same things on your blog that you would have, or do, in your diary? Why did you start blogging and why do you continue? May as well throw in any roadblocks you have run into while blogging. If you still have your old diaries we’d love to see them."
*************************************************************
I started blogging last year in december .I saw already many nice blogs in internet and I enjoyed to read there .I decided to start blogging as a way learn more about the daily life in different countries around the world and it´s very interesting to learn more about diffrent cultures ,languages, hobbies and much more. I can say the same like Beccy in her blog : I never once dreamed I'd make new friends, but that´s really nice ! And I say "Thank you " for visiting my blog and Sorry my bad english !I know my english is not perfect and I write many grammar mistakes but I´m still learning language and hope nevertheless my english speaking blog friends understand me!
As a teenager I had a diary. My blog is not really like a personal diary because I don´t like to give a lot of personal stuff away in my blog. I like to write about our hobbies ,recipes , my garden ,sometimes about thoughts and much more.

Ha! Your English is excellent! And it's much better than our German that's for sure.

I noticed that you aren't on the list, you should tell Lisa.

Steffi, I keep telling you your English is very good, easy to understand and as Willowtree says it's much better than our German!

I'm so glad to have met you through blogging, you found me first and I wonder how? I'm in awe of your amazing talent for sewing and really wish I could make half the clothes you do. I love hearing about your family and seeing your beautiful garden.

I can totally understand you. Your English is fantastic! I understand you better than I do Willowtree. Those Australians are so confusing.

Steffi you need not worry about us understanding your English it is very good (I can assure you my English grammar is not perfect, my girls are always reminding me!) I probably don't know more than half a dozen words of German. I love seeing all your photos and I'm in awe of your sewing skills :)

Mausbär - Super, daß du bei "Fun Monday" mitmachst!! Dein Englisch ist echt hervorragend! Wohnst du in Kaiserslautern?

Your English is great! I wondered if anyone had ever posted a blog in two languages and it's great to find someone who does. It's my first time here, sorry I've missed you before but I will be back. :)

I have to laugh at your worries about English grammer. I'm a native speaker and have horrible grammer! So feel good about what you are writing. :)

I've been scrolling down looking at all your sewing creations. I'm very impressed.

Steffi!! I love it when you post in English!

We love reading your blogs, as well. It makes the world bigger and smaller all at the same time!

I WISH I could speak another language as well as you speak English; it's admirable for you to host a blog for those of us who do :).

I probably provide more personal information than I should...but I am a bit guarded... Meeting people around the world was a GREAT surprise with regard to blogging.

I love to read your's for the same reason. Gives me a glimpse into a different culture, and I also enjoy getting to know YOU better, too. :)

I can understand your English perfectly....(I wish I could say I spoke German, but it would be a lie)

and Blogging has another benefit - learning about people from the world - now including Germany!

I enjoy visiting your blog, because it is interesting to visit another country and learning about the culture and seeing photos of things in that country. I admire that you write in a language not your own, and I think you do a great job communicating your thoughts. I appreciate your visits to my blog and your comments.
