Am Wochenende war es wieder soweit,die Uhren wurden auf SOMMERZEIT gestellt.
In Deutschland und allen anderen EU-Ländern der Europäischen Union sind in der Nacht zum Sonntag um 2.00 Uhr die Uhren um eine Stunde auf 3.00 Uhr vorgestellt worden. Obwohl es diese Umstellung nun schon seit fast 30 Jahren hier in Deutschland gibt,fehlt mir diese geklaute Stunde Schlaf irgendwie jedes Jahr,sodaß mir diese Umstellung Probleme bereitet und es dauert tagelang bis sich mein Biorhythmus daran gewöhnt hat. Gestern Morgen mußte ich außerdem noch zur Arbeit und das war ganz schön hart.Die "fehlende" Stunde macht sich schon bemerkbar.So richtige Vorteile,kann ich in dieser Umstellung nicht erkennen.Gut,abends ist es etwas länger hell und besonders im Sommer kann man dann länger draußen sitzen. Aber ansonsten....??
Am 28. Oktober wird dann wieder auf Normalzeit umgestellt. Diesen Vorgang finde ich persönlich besser. Was ist eure Meinung zur Sommerzeit?

On the weekend it was again so far, the clocks were put on SUMMERTIME. In Germany and all other EU lands of the European Union the clocks have been introduced on the night of Sunday at 2.00 o'clock about one hour on 3.00 o'clock. Although there is this rearrangement now already for nearly 30 years here in Germany, I lack this stolen hour sleep anyhow every year, so that this rearrangement prepares for me problems and my biorhythm lasts for days to itself in it has accustomed. In addition, yesterday morning I still had to go to the work and this was quite hard. The "missing" hour becomes already apparent. So right advantages, I cannot recognise in this rearrangement. Well, in the evening and then especially in summer you can sit longer outdoors in the garden.It will be later dark. But otherwise ....??
Then on the 28th October it is moved again on standard time. I find this process personally better. What you mean about the summertime?

Wegen mir müsste die Umstellerei nicht sein und wenn,dann doch bitte in die andere Richtung..

We do that here in the US also but this year they moved it up by 3 weeks so we have been on the new time for awhile now. It takes me awhile to get used to it as well. They moved it up 3 weeks here and will change back 3 weeks later in the fall then normal. apparently they want to get rid of it here in the US which I think would be great idea.
Am Wochenende wurden die Uhren bei uns auf WINTERZEIT gestellt - lusting nicht. Und Mensch habe ich die zuzätzliche Stunde genossen. Viel besser wenn man wieder auf Winterzeit gestellt wird - gefällt mir überhaupt nicht wenn mann eine Stunde verliert. Ich finde es auch schwer, auch wenn es nur eine Stunde is. Es macht doch einen Unterschied. Hoffentlich gewöhnst du dich schnell daran :)

We do it as well. It does seem to take a little while to get adjusted. You wouldn't think an hour would be such a big deal, but it is!
We here in Canada do the same thing, except this year is it was 3 weeks earlier because the US decided to make theirs 3 weeks earlier. I wish they would just leave it alone.
